#92: Miguel at Lake Jesup

Hello hello friend!

I’m super excited to share these photos with one of my best friends, Miguel 💜 Miguel and I go way back, and he travelled from Arizona to visit my husband, my daughter, and me. Our time together was very special.

I had been wanting to visit a trail near Lake Jesup. Every time I drive on 417 towards Sanford during this time of year, I see blankets of yellow flowers near the water. I looked it up and they are called swamp sunflowers!! So cool. Miguel and I decided to explore the area together, and you can see the flowers upon entering the trail. It was magical! I heard they bloom only during September and October though, so I can’t wait to come back next year to capture more of its beauty.
