#19: Sunflower Field Date 🌻

Hello friends!

Milton and I had our monthly date day #2, and we decided to go to Southern Hill Farms. Here are the photos from our little adventure 🧡💛

The farm here is huge! There’s so much to pick - blueberries, strawberries, peaches, sunflowers, and zinnias. And there’s a bunch of food trucks and live music. Did not expect all of this to be here!

Zinnias 🌼 Right before we got here it was raining. For the rest of the time we were there the weather cleared up and was perfect!

The sunflowers 🌻 Absolutely magical

I don’t mind the bugs, the heat or the sweating, but my husband? Not so much 😅 He is a trooper though because it was a hot day!! (Thank you, babe!)

Picked a sunflower family and zinnias to bring home 🏠🌻🌼

Took some extra photos of the zinnias when we got home. They’re perfect.

The farm was intentionally for us to go blueberry picking, but we got so wrapped up in the flower fields that we didn’t have time to pick fruits (not complaining tho). We told each other we’d come back again 😍🫐

And that’s it! We went out for lunch after the farm and relaxed at home for the rest of the day - our kind of date day 🥰

Going to plan next month’s outing and got some great ideas from our friends on Instagram. Can’t wait ✨
